But why not qualify them? Then all the ones at IVDA will at least have been top three/four from the region.... By limiting the time, they will still be awful! Maybe more so.....? Why don't we just change the marking scheme, and have each Uni vote for their top three instead... and tehy can;t vote for themselves.... That could work.....
