That was the original idea proposed by Tim and Caroline. It was amended, and if I'm not mistaken exactly by those people to whom the off-beat is most important (surely if you take it serious you should be confident of qualifying?).

I'd happily watch 6 good off-beats for 4 minutes each, but with the number of entries this year I soon went to the bar for a few drinks instead (also fine with me.. :) ).
