New Rule:

1) Once a dancer receives their second 1st place in a preliminary championship, they must move to open championship within 6 months.

2) If that dancer wins a 3rd preliminary championship in that 6 months period, they must move to open championship immediately, even in the case of back-to-back feises or feises with second-chance competitions.


This rule gives both TCs and dancers enough time to prepare for open championship while not allowing them to stay all year if they continue winning. It also allows TCs to move up dancers immediately if they choose.
