Ever wonder how some “top dancers” get funded? Try parents falsifying claims that their kids have unique abilities or disabilities — even medical issues like breathing problems — just to score high marks and collect state money. That cash then makes its way to instructors. Yes, it’s real. Next time you see the trophies, ask yourself what really paid for them. Yes it’s called FRAUD!
