Subject: Carl, no Karl longer has actual studio space. He’s teaching out of a high school.

I got it on good authority that Karl lost the lease to his Norcross studio back in December. He doesn’t even have his own studio anymore isn’t and is teaching out of a borrowed space at high school. He’s a failure! Glad to see this cheater, narcissistic little man getting what he deserves.
