You are lying to yourself if you are happy with this school…let’s be honest since this is anonymous, we all stick around because we can’t just drive farther than we already do. Every class, every feis, every time the next bad placement, every time we get charged for an unproductive workshop, every time we sign that contact for the next major knowing we have to live up to the golden standard without that same standard given in return, every time we watch the other schools with their superior choreography and podium placements, when she doesn’t show up, or the next scandal happens and it always does…we say to each other and we say to ourselves IF ONLY THERE WERE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. So you are either Abbey or I struck a nerve, but either way it doesn’t make me wrong or toxic.
