Decides to rebrand to plaid after “cutting ties” and is basically attempting to manipulate his Scottish mother by using the dancers in plaid as a nod and getting the parents to pay for custom solo dresses, most of which are decked out as what appears to be miniature bagpipers. A normal person would have cut ties immediately and gotten so far away from any connection and instead displays all of her dancers on stage as a direct Legacy of their Scottish connection through the man who sexually assaulted a dancer. It doesn’t get any sicker than that.
