I DEFINITELY listen about the past. I think that matters A LOT! I admit I wondered since you don't have custody of your older son (most children seem to get placed w/the mom) but it certainly isn't my place to judge (though we all do that anyway) or be nosy & ask (only friends). However, since you posted here, it must be semi-ok to discuss, kwim?

I thank you for explaining your past; I always explain mine b/c I care what others think about me (don't know why, but I do!) so don't want them thinking badly of me. I also think it matters what kind of person one is & we can kind of tell character by getting to know someone.

Do you all agree w/this - it is SO much easier to judge someone you don't know? LOL
