Howdy Sara!
I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I understand what it is to know that doctors have given you medication with steroids, when they know they cause you problems.

I don't know if this is what you want to hear, but if you can just forgive him for the mistake, it will help you heal with less stress. I know what it is like to want to sue a doctor. I went through it, and all it did was cause me stress. When I was able to think it through and realize that my doctor was doing the only thing he knew, that he thought would help me, it was easier to forgive him. Forgiving him is a gift to YOU, not him. All the anger will do, is just add stress to your life.

Something that has helped me physically, is taking glyconutrients. They made a major difference in my physical health and also with my psychological well-being.

If I can help you learn more about glyconutrients or in any other way, please contact me.

Love and Hugs,
Lori
