Subject: I took the plunge Author: skowjams [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 18:32:56 08/09/04 Mon I was absolutely terrified this morning when I went in to get the braces put on my upper teeth. (I guess it was just all of the unkowns.) Anyway, they talked me through everything, and were so kind. The assistant who put them on gave me a mirror to watch what she was doing, and explained it all. It really turned out to be a neat experience. But, wow, is it ever weird to have extra stuff in my mouth. I'm 39 years old, and am grateful to have a nice and understanding staff at my orthodontist's office.
