Date Posted: Fri, Jan 30 2009, 21:07:52 In reply to: Sean 's message, "Nothing is going to happen to the goals" on Fri, Jan 30 2009, 19:54:42 Not to offend anyone, but we were relieved to see that our NEW neighborhood had the rules in the Covenants stating that garbage cans were not to in view from the street and that all recreational equipment would be erected, placed or maintained to the rear of all lots. (Not on the streets or driveways.) Everyone has their pet peeve to complain about, and I'm sure each of you could find one if you looked around. But everyone should have received a copy of the Covenants and knew what the rules are. So why complain now? How can you say a basketball goal permanantly parked on the street or in the driveway follows the covenants of our neighborhood? Why complain now?
