I was on the way home around 10 last night, and noticed something odd in the common area, so I drove through there. When I pulled in, most of the kids got into a couple of trucks and left, but one girl who was wearing only a bikini was out in the middle dancing. Just so everyone is on the same page, she wasn't line dancing, more like practicing for a job at a strip club. The kids who left spun the tires onto Sydney and the kids who stayed didn't pay any attention to me, for obvious reasons.

The common area has two problems, both of which are kids. If the basketball goal has a crowd, the kids that hang out in the parking lot will not go there. If the courts are empty, then the parking lot is full. The board did a pretty good job last year handling this, and hopefully they will be proactive again.
