The amenity area has become a local hang out at night for teens and others to party and trash our grounds and parking lot. This type of situation needs to be stopped. The Willoughby Station HOA Board Members do not have a solution to this problem. WE as homeowners need to attend the board meeting on Thursday, July 16th at 7PM and offer some constructive solutions to this problem. It will continue to be a problem until we as homeowners step up and become more active and involved in keeping our subdivision a safe and quiet place. Our property values have fallen and one of the reasons is the negative impact of the party atmosphere that we as homeowners have allowed to occur in our Amenity area. Many of these people do not live in Willoughby Station but we do not have any means of controlling that at this time. The security cameras are not clear enough during the night time in the parking area to determine who or what is going on.

DOES ANYONE CARE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM OTHER THAN A FEW OF US HOMEOWNERS OUT OF THE 700 PLUS HOMEOWNERS IN WILLOUGHBY STATION?????? IF SO , SHOW UP AT THE BOARD MEETING.....
