Monthly payment would be just over $63K, which comes to $756K per yr., or about $1000 per homeowner. Also, not sure what you think insurance, utilities, upkeep on an $8mil building would be, but I think your $60/yr/homeowner might be a little light. Also wondering, just where you were going to come up with the $1.6mil for the downpayment? One thing that nobodies mentioned, what about zoning?
