Hi Sabre, as previously posted, S. Duffy Investor Relations spokesperson for ERG, confirmed on the 28/1/2003 in a telephone conversation, the paperwork for Sydney has been submitted to the N.S.W. Government and the entity is waiting to hear back from them. S Duffy further confirmed the signing of the contract can proceed, without waiting for a decision from the court. (re Cubic verses N.S.W. call for directions admin appeals division Feb 6th see once again previous post.)The newspaper article you have mentioned was cited to him and his response above noted.
