Proton has three offers for Visa Members:
• Proton Prisma Lab - this offer includes a training session
and delivery of the Prisma Lab. The training introduces
chip migration challenges, new applications (EMV, CEPS,
PKI), and presents Proton Prisma and its specific applications.
Proton is offering Visa Members a waiver on the
restricted license for the Prisma Lab software until 31
March 2003. Members pay only for the training.
• Proton Prisma VSDC Solution - Proton is offering a waiver
on the Proton World yearly card license for the issue of
Proton Prisma Single Profile EMV (SP/EMV) cards
personalized as VSDC. The cards have space for third
party-defined applications, such as secure access or
customer loyalty schemes. The offer is valid until 31
March 2003 and the waiver is valid until 1 January 2005.
• Proton Prisma Visa Cash CEPS Solution - complete
solution including cards and terminals from various
sources, host functions for both issuer and acquirer,
interfaces to the Visa network and security devices for
host and terminals. Proton offers a Visa Cash CEPS
interoperable license for the price of a domestic purse
license, a discount of 25 percent. The offer is available
on licenses signed before 31 March 2003.
