Apart from the human misery involved of basically people getting killed--war in my belief is good to stimulate the economy---on sentiment I believe the market has lived with war since September 11th 2001--everyone has really become accustomed to it.
Essentially the actual declaration or mooted possibility, creates a little bit of a turbulence, then once that is over--eveyone goes ho hum.
