With Proton incluuded and some other stuff---plus the elimination of a number of things--plus the fact that the writedowns are one off and non recurring--and have occured in the prior period---NTA will rise---this is before the restructure---after the restructure it is estimated to be 15.78 ---as stated though---before the restructure ERG is releasing it's financials early Feb.
