GEMPLUS: CAMBOU ANSWERS TO BONDERMAN�S ALLEGATIONS
In meeting the French press at the end of last year, David Bonderman, head of TPG (which owns 26% of Gemplus capital) talked of the mismanagement of the firm before TPG�s arrival. These comments have outraged ex-Gemplus COO, Bertrand Cambou, now heading a flash memory production unit at AMD, who called upon our pages to �set the record straight�.
