While I was waiting to hear from anyone I did some searching. I found that BEN'S TIRE on Pulaski Hwy in Joppa was closest for me. I would like for everyone to know this guy is great ! $15 to dismount 22.5 wide Hoosiers and mount 14" slicks {with tubes}. Rims are 15 x 15. The best part is he Garauntees no damage. He bends it he replaces it. And he has the 'right' equipment to do the job.
