I hope you have stopped taking your b/c. You also need to see your Dr. asap. Start taking good prenatal vitamins, eat right, walk for some gentle exercise - basically, I'm saying, take good care of yourself. If you smoke, quit, if you drink, quit.

You have to think good thoughts and be good to yourself and your baby your carrying. That's the best advice I can offer you now.

There are things in your post that suggest you are suffering from post-abortion syndrome. At some point, you should look into counseling for that. There are Centers that offer that for free. This is a good link to information about that:

It's important to be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. It takes work, but everything in life does.
