Hi guys, and thanks so much for your help. I have pasted the recipe/discussions into a file for later study :-)

But I didn't know I was going to get the third degree...I feel like one of Columbo's suspects caught in a lie... :-) I live just outside Minneapolis, which is quite like Canada culturally. I have lived in Germany (they do great pork there but do not understand beef) and also in England (they do not understand food at all, except for baked beans)...we do our outdoor cooking on a black "thing" that I picked up at a yard sale for seven-fifty...*sob*...I'm so ashamed... However, I can say proudly that I fly the Maple Leaf on my car and have never eaten at Taco Bell :-)
