As for you questioning the term "discussion" relating to the water merger, I think you have a point! We'll try to settle things down between now and the election, but there might be those who don't want it discussed in simple, non-emotional terms. It's real simple. Should there be one entity or two? Do we need a separate water district or not? Would we set it up this way if we could start over? Why not a separate sewer district? A separate trash district? A separate fire district?
