Subject: Betsy, I must say WOW too! I love it when that happens! The shift of the way we normally feel, I mean. Getting in contact with that "somewhat other than myself" must be such a GREAT experience! Maybe you can try and remember this feeling and recall it if every day life seems to be hard again? Like an anchor or so.
