Subject: Haha Jennifer, if that were true then Hell would be in Canada with MY ex! lol. Lissa, I think Hell was invented by christians, and the bible states god is pure good, and god is omni-present. So how can god be everywhere and pure good when Hell exists? For hell to exist god can't be everywhere or god can't be pure good.

I've read there are certain native tribes (can't recall the specific ones, JS you might know more about this) that believe that in the afterlife you end up with people who were like you in your physical life. If you were a good person & did good things, you would end up with those types of people, if you were bad - well I guess that would be a sort of hell in itself. As far as a physical heaven & hell - I definitely think that is an organized religious thot' process of controlling people in their physical lives to some extent. -- Lori, 00:30:49 08/17/03 Sun
