Subject: A Hunters Prayer...

It's harvest season and this is something I wrote last year about this time. It was inspired by a brilliant harvest moon and a story I read about one of the Ancient Celtic Goddesses of the hunt. Enjoy and have fun crunching in the leaves and taking in the beautiful fall colors and the incredible display of love Mother Nature shows us every Fall.

A Hunters Prayer to the Goddess

A hunters moon golden glow
infuse my arrow & finest bow
Reach deep into the caldron fair
to find out what is lurking there

Feed on the strength of silver spire
raking flames & rising fire
Bring a bounty pure but true
to help the harvest & honour You

Your love I'm truly thankful for
leap fast inside to open the door
To see the russet hues you share
the finest things of which You bare
