I don't think GAFF is rampant with people who report fic just because we don't like it--in fact, there was a poll for why people report on the old board and the votes were tied between "for blatant TOS violations" and "for TOS violations if I'm not generous--then I don't report at all." I also haven't seen anyone forcing the authors to use their review board as a message board (can you really be said to force them?) and then reporting them. I've had authors do that when I've posted pretty benign reviews, but I don't report them for it.

Like I said, f_w likes to blow things out of proportion and concentrate on the negatives. IMO their view of GAFF is skewed, and I don't have to give it any validity.
