Heh. But it was still a part, damnit! Despite my not being overly thrilled with the movie in general, I've seen it twice. Braca with a bad moustache! And an even worse fake accent! And a little smirk! Whee! *dances*

But, yeah. Liked it more on the second viewing, but still have big problems with it. Pretty much everything you said -- too much CGI, too much philosophical/technobabble bullshit, and a whole lot of stuff that could've been cut out. (Don't get me started on the giant orgy scene.) One of the biggest disappointments would have to be Agent Smith. He used to kick arse. Hell, he killed Neo in the first movie. I hate seeing him so fucking pathetic. That Neo/Smith/Smith/Smith/Smith/etc. fight scene was so sad. *sniffle* It was like watching someone play Tekken set to the beginner level.

And damnit, I wish they'd brought back Agent Brown, too. I needed a gratuitous Farscape actor fix. David Franklin was great, but far too little of him. Only other 'Scape actor (that I know of) was the goatee guy that Smith, um, inserted himself into -- he's a PK who gets turned to goo in a Prowler experiment in s3. Whee.
