For those who have emailed asking me for an update on my health, sorry I have not kept you all up. Have been pretty sick since my aorta dissected but am starting to feel a little better. I went back for another Cat Scan a couple of weeks ago and the dr. said I would probably be too weak to get out of bed for another three or four months. I figure I will have been in bed for two years come October the third (when I started having the foot surgeries) so what's a few more months. Then it dawned on me that that is not possible cause my son is getting married in November so I have to be back on my feet by then. They are keeping my bp real low so I nearly pass out every time I stand up at all. I measured it last night and it was 85/43. A bit too low since normal is around 120/80. Still having bouts with chest and back pain from the dissection but not having to take the demeral nearly as much as before so I am coming along nicely I suppose. I want to thank all of you that have sent me email and ecards to cheer me. I'm sorry that I have not replyed to any mail but as crazy as it may sound, typing wears me out. In fact my arms are fatigued from typing this so think I will go and try to come back more often and write shorter messages when I do come. Thanks for the prayers and I would love your continued prayers as the doctor has not told me that i'm out of the woods yet. Just that I seem to be doing well from what he can see but only time will tell if the whole aorta mends itself. Thanks again for everything. *HUGS*
