Has treated us with the greatest respect which is why - when you also factor in his achievements - when it comes to our best managers I place him at the very top. Interesting how you frame it as treated with greatest of respect, when it’s well publicised he has tried to get the spurs job 3 times, whilst under contract, including most recently when De Zerbi got the job mid season. Of course he’s fully entitled to do as he wishes, that goes without saying, but let’s not pretend he wouldn’t have jumped if another job came whilst under contract. - That’s also on the back of us giving him the opportunity when not a lot of other clubs would have, hadn’t managed for a couple of years on the back of being sacked from Everton whilst being 18th and a very dubious reputation of leaving clubs as soon as someone fluttered their eyelids. - Agree Henry. Football fans make me laugh. It's divorced from the reality that both sides always want the best for themselves and so would we. But...other teams and fans having regard for the prowess of Fulham's.     - 5 years is a decent stint, especially for Silva, so well done to the suits who had the presence of mind to shackle his wanderlust with the blessed release clause. Silva's done his time with us, and I feel that he doesn't have enough to give Fulham in the future.
