I'm a fan, but if you look at the numbers he's miles away from what Ream would give us towards the end and Andersen hasn't made up for it as Toxin gave us strong possession numbers from RCB. He's still a work in progress, which is a useful counterpoint to the oft-repeated argument that all will be solved with younger players. Having said that, with no Muniz there wasn't a good long ball target 2nd half. I might have trued Adama replacing Raul. Agree with the point on Cairnet above. • Reed would have offered far more than Cairney given the circumstances and we were once again haunted by the Ghost of failing to replace Mitrovich. But all that aside, this result highlighted a desperate lack of squad depth and total lack of desire and fight found in the mentality of successful teams. • Re: Most disappointing thing, is that the powers to be thought that giving Cairney a contract extension was a great idea. When he's preparing for his new media role, which means he can concentrate on his looks and hairstyle and not his fitness. A voice coach would be the only coaching needed and that's not too tiring.
