Subject: I agree that our recruitment lacks the insight of our rivals, which has always been somewhat of a mystery. But the club deserves some credit on this occasion by ambitiously backing a very good manager with (I presume) his choices. With this particular example the clubs gets a pass because they did everything to keep a manager that we all wanted to stay.
