Subject: We need coaching which brings out the best in players and makes the team at least as good as the sum of its parts. This was strongly in evidence for Marco's first three seasons here, but (considering not just the last few fixtures) less so in his fourth. How come? If Marco knows why, what to do about it, and relishes the opportunity, then a fifth season from him should be the club's "first objective." Talk and thought inhouse is needed to establish this.
