Subject: Both were excessively priced although a more convincing argument can be made for the steady experience of Anderson than the sedentary CV of ESR. But both have turned out to be a huge let down, with Anderson edging the disappointment factor after his dependable performances for Palace. Can't blame the club for backing Silva though, so it's the managers judgement in question, if indeed they were his transfer priorities.
