  • I can appreciate the reason for extending Wilsons contract as he could still fetch a decent fee from the championship, or perhaps a newly promoted premier League club. Traore might get championship offers, but only as a free agent i'd suspect. He's an aging journeyman. Raul is the most worrying, particularly if considering his personal terms, performances and age. Extending his contract signals we have little to no intention of signing a premier league quality striker. (NT) -- Samuel, Friday, May 16, 08:38:04am (NoHost/81.78.226.36)
  • Yes Muniz no 1 (with extended contract) and Raul still excellent player. Both will want to play in the World Cup . Of course you are really another iteration of Eggy - Henri the agent confab . We don’t need to waste another £90m plus wages on aging overrated players ,when have have what we need already . (NT) -- alanos, Friday, May 16, 08:51:50am (82-132-215-37.dab.02.net/82.132.215.37)
  • Why would Spurs want to replace two strikers who cost them £125m in the last two years (plus wages) with Muniz if Muniz wasn’t ’premier league ‘ quality ? Eggy -Henry have been shown to be a single agent and now you have been confected out of thin air to talk nonsense instead .
