But a fig leaf when it comes to true financial responsibility. Just ask Marinakis. The real drivers of financial responsibility are: (a) the stomach of the club owner to make losses and (b) the corresponding desire of the new-style of club owner to make capital gains out of a game that traditionally provided none.
