Subject: I don't think so either. But it would still be very harsh. 1st year he creates a buzz that enables them to forget about losing possibly their best ever player. 2nd he wins their first trophy in 17 years (first European one in 50+ years). And he's now shown he'll put winning ahead of all else. Either way, I have to think yesterday's result was good for us. Increases the chance of him staying and, by qualifying for the Champions League, likely makes Marco (with no such experience) less attractive

  • From a PL perspective I feel he will get until Oct to prove the frailties of this current season haven’t extended into the next . 1st Trophy in 17 years surely buys him a little time . Remember Levy controls transfer targets far more than his Coaches. They Do have a number of very promising young players and the mindset of the whole club and fan base might very well shift significantly with their new found CL status (NT) -- Mickey, Thursday, May 22, 05:17:31pm (82-132-230-219.dab.02.net/82.132.230.219)
