Subject: I agree that Jay's pressing and of the ball work was hugely impressive and this helped the shape of the England team - in terms of his on the ball work, not sure I am yet seeing a goodish EPL standard player. Time will tell I guess

  • Sure I’m not denying that, but a lot of players can hassle and press, I personally just haven’t seen anything to suggest we made a bad decision selling him for 20-25m, but happy to be proven wrong as he develops as a player. His replacement also came on and scored the winning goal, scored more in extra time than jay has in 8 games for under 21s. Good luck to him, I’m just giving my opinion on what I watched.
