Subject: That's an interesting discussion. Change and indeed reform are buzz words but what matters is the detail in the change or reform. I'm fed up with my job is a common enough feeling but the answer may not be dumping it. Serious thought, planning and research is advisable before implementation. Back to FFC as far as we know the Khans very much want Silva to stay so the choice is his. For better or worse and our feelings are irrelevant.
