Subject: How lucky are we!

Away from the doom and gloom I was just thinking as a long standing supporter I have been. As a very young boy I got to see Johny Haynes, George Cohen and Alan Mullery play. I was also there to witness the fastest Patrick scored by Graham Leggat when we beat Ipswich 10-1 then lost to them away a few days later. I got to see the great George Best and Rodney Marsh so confident they were tackling each other on the pitch. I got to see that gangly striker from Walsal Alan Clarke go on to be a great striker for us. I remember the excellent front three of Conway, Earle and Barret. Then we had the little Welsh striking genius Ivor Gordo Davies. We had the fabulous Tiggana years, Louis Boa Morte, Lois Saha, great striker and super Barry Hayles. John Collins, the great Chris Coleman and super Sean Davis asspecial memory his goal away at Blackburn that secured promotion. Our European tour under Roy , zamora, Duff, ,Danny Murphy and who could forget the Clint Dempsey clincherwhen we beat Juventus. The fabulous portion under Marco when Mitro scored so many great goals. Successfully staying in the Premiership for 4 years and becoming an ex excellent side. We all are very lucy to have witnessed so much supporting this great club. I'm sure I've missed a lot of great players out .Some of you I'm sure will enlight me of your special players and moments.
