Subject: Should be about Manager and Recruitment Team working together daily to further Club’s ambitions ,as opposed to putting one on a pedestal , glorifying him beyond reason and giving him close to what he wants , akin to a Father to a Spoilt Child to keep him both happy and out of his way .
