Subject: Talent's there, not the consistency. The league adapts quickly, so Marco makes a change which works, but only lasts a short time before that change is countered. Then he rethinks. I think he struggles with staying true to a set of principles and prefers to be able to tactically adapt, hence why we invest in a deep squad of experienced players. Ultimately he's been getting a bit too tinkerman for me, but if you think back across the seasons the pattern is clear in terms of his management style.
