Subject: Thats possible, yes, absolutely, although where anyone would get the information from to be able to make that judgement, i'm really not sure. I haven't seen the aforementioned youtube video the OP cites, so impossible to judge any level of credibility. I mean, i could put out a video saying its raising £500m, it wouldn't make it true.
