  • The thing the green strip has got going for it is the badge. On the colour, yes i agree, but i'd also hope that enough people bought it that we might see further kits with a decent badge on.     • I've never noticed the badge on the green strip. Is it the original badge? I have seen supporters wearing the green shirt but if they have sold well I doubt the club would read that as a positive for the badge. Hopefully they didn't sell well and I noticed they are flogging them off for half price now. Where was the FST on all this I wonder?       • Yes, its the 90's version of the crest that we've had through various iterations. I see (and had heard) the badge somewhat differently - that there was a reasonable amount of noise around the badge, and that putting out a shirt that used the previous one was a good way of assessing interest in it.         • How would they go about assessing wether the shirt has been brought because they like the shirt or because of the badge, or both, unless they conducted a survey at the point of sale.           • I mean, it couldn't possibly be because people like the shirt, could it? Maybe that was the point. Stick it on a really gross shirt and if we sell it anyway, then it proves its got legs. If they put it on the snazzy black and gold one, it would be, as you say, guesswork. Even my son thinks its gross and he literally chose luminous orange trainers last year.
