    - I think they ought to provide whoever is Manager with a decent Recruitment System headed by a capable DoF. They are not going to allow such freedom to any successor . The only reason they are going to such extremes is to allow themselves to continue to do minimum, for which they feel that’s very much worth paying way over the odds .
