For many years in my experience, FFC operated hand to mouth. While far from perfect, Shad and Marco produced a more than reasonable outcome.

Latest "not yet committed until" statement is great news because owners investment could potentially improve in value at the hands of the football person.

DOF anomaly is one way for Shad delegating to vested interest hands keeping tabs on day to day matters while hoping to eliminate brown envelopes.

Lowering squad age has already started. Improvements to C.C. stands and academy facilities needs to be undertaken. Uncovering fresh new talent must become a priority with many more needs considered.

Merry go around managing football clubs is good for some head coaches bank balance but hardly satisfactory for personal wellbeing.
