Had he had a semblance of humility and at any point held his hand up and taken even a modicum of the share of the blame for underperformance in March, while criticizing the players and the club, or just made banal statements not attributing blame anywhere, I would be fine. But after five years, plenty of money spent on the player types he prioritizes, and hardly any players sold, those recent statements have not sat well with me.
