Subject: Agreed. It was as big a stonewaller as you are evr likely to see. If the refereer couldnt see that he shouldn't be out there. And it took CAR so long he must have been looking for any reason not to give it, as it was us. The referee seemed clueless, but we have to put up with these buffoons every wek. They clearly have an agenda against some clubs which don't fit paymaster Sky's preferences.

  • I get the impression some referees see VAR as a safety net that means that they don't have to make big calls. Give a yellow and if a red VAR should correct it if you've cocked up (see Fulham v Bournemouth for example). (NT) -- Beano Reader, Tuesday, May 19, 11:47:02am (NoHost/82.132.239.10)
