  • My guess is that Silva decided to leave months ago but maybe not. If he has conditions separate from his personal contract it can't be transfer spend. Likely it's earlier acquisitions and smarter scouting both of which would be good but it may well be that TK is not prepared to reduce his involvement.     • To me it’d just simple, he is waiting for anything better to come along and if it doesn’t then he’ll stay for a while longer. We are his backup plan in case nothing else, which he perceives as better, materialises. I don’t blame him for that at all, the club have been weak and bend too much, imo a deadline should have been set long ago, sign now or we move on, but we have pandered to him and let the tail wag to dog.
