Subject: No, this is nothing like the ridiculous Curbishly arguments. I'm not one who thinks losing Marco would be an unmitigated disaster. This is merely a question of perspective. Mine is one that is still grateful and, frankly, surprised we're here at all. Ask any Bournemouth fan and I'd bet they'd say the same. They likely want to get the best possible out of a transient situation that they can. My perspective is more rolls of the dice = more chances of success.
In reply to: Henry1879 's message, "As to the nearly going under, that’s the same argument as we see constantly trotted out for silva; be careful what you wish for, we might be like Charlton. It’s completely different times, we have hugely wealthy owners, a newly built stand, had multiple relegations with these owners and absolutely no sign of them wanting out, parachute payments etc The 1980s is about as apples and oranges a comparison as I can imagine and certainly no reason to want to achieve more." on Monday, May 25, 09:27:28am
